Welcome to my cooking and eating portfolio.
Born in Japan, now living in Singapore for the past few years.
This is where I document my everyday cooking—rooted in Japanese tradition, shaped by personal memories, and sometimes simply guided by what’s available in my kitchen. I’m certified in traditional Japanese culinary arts, and I try to honor that foundation while staying curious and flexible.
I care about the beauty in cooking—not just the finished dish, but the quiet rhythms of preparation, the play of colors and textures, and the small surprises that come with each meal. Sometimes I cook in the spirit of tradition, other times I try something relaxed or playful. It’s not always perfect, but it’s always personal and heartfelt.
Here, I hope share what moves me: a recipe that brought comfort, a dish that wowed me, a moment that felt worth pausing for.
If these posts spark a bit of inspiration or invite you to enjoy Japanese food and culture in your own way, I’ll be truly happy.
