My last post for Hanoi trip. The energetic & growing feels & its history & rich culture and how it still remains in the feels of the city was just amazing.
History & culture around living it is just a treasure, a gem… I really hope the same way for my homeland Japan – that it wouldn’t become just commercial/ superficial country.. that’s one of my main motivation for my Japanese cooking & aesthetics✨
Anyways, I was so moved with the scenery of Hanoi.
I would love to to be bold enough to share my impressions in bullets, but well… a bit too early for that – I need to travel some more times🥰🇻🇳✨
I remembered, traveling was a part of my life… before covid, I used to travel much more.
Seeing & tasting (so important!!) & interacting with local culture & food & people… it’s just priceless✨
Simple example- I knew Vietnam on map & pho & banh mi from decades ago in Tokyo, but never had the idea of the sounds in city nor tasted the food since lately… and now I’m a super fan😂🥖🇻🇳🏍️💘
Please excuse me for multiple posts… I post whenever I cook with my heart/ when I come across a scene where my heart moves, and Hanoi has really taken my heart💖💖💖
When I see people with their pure energy and free wills… my heart thumps✨

ベトナム・ハノイ旅行編、最後の投稿です。
もう本当に…時折ワオの声が漏れてしまうような街のエネルギー＆人々の営みでした。
不思議なのですが、実際には見たことのない、ロマンがある日本の高度成長期と重ねてしまうような…✨
新旧入り混じり、レガシーありつつも、若い人たちが活気を持って引継ぎ発展していくような…
懐かしさと共に、刺激を受けつつ＆羨望のような気持ちが沸きました。
また、久々に旧友に再開し、学生時代から輝く彼女が日本の未来を想ってのあらたな挑戦に取り組む姿など、大変感銘を受けました。
私も明日から、頑張ります！！！（ゆるゆる、、、😇♨️)
