Back when in Japan, Asparagus was a symbol of spring, and something enjoyed as a main dish.
I have much other I would like to try now- but first obliging with Japanese protocols (other than enjoying them as they are)💚
I think, besides enjoying them hard-boiled, with special salt / mayonnaise / etc…. wrapping with them with thinner meats are wonderful- in two ways.
- With Prosciutto/ dry ham: Well, how well!! Maybe with a bit of drizzle of olive oil, but what more😍💚💚✨
- TERIYAKI: With thinner pork: Wrap Asparagus with pork meat(Or else, maybe less salty beacons), powder lightly, and cook in oil, and some salt (and maybe some ginger etc). If you have thinner cut pork meat (shabu-shabu-kind of ), wonderful…
Once the surrounding is burnt, coat with Soy Sauce, Mirin, and Sake – and cook till better/just finish with salt, pepper, and oil of whatever…how can anything go wrong…
JAPANESE: 春を愛でる!アスパラロール2種
春を感じるアスパラガスの2種ロール:生ハム巻き&薄切り豚の照り焼き巻き!の巻き
■生ハムと、簡単アペロ
1.アスパラ底を数センチ、ポキッ!として、数分茹でて。
2.生ハムとくるくる。オリーブオイルたらり、黒胡椒こりこり。冷えた白ワインや泡と最高!
■アスパラ、照り焼きブー🐷
1.アスパラ、ポキっとできる頃までまで底をカット(大体3-5cmくらい)。そのまま薄切り豚をくるくる(もしくは片栗粉や小麦粉をはたいて)。
2.バットにたれ準備(生姜&みりん&醤油)、肉巻きアスパラを調味、最後薄切りの新玉&何か緑&ラディッシュの薄切りとでまとめて✨✨
