Apéro with Hollowed out Fruits, Salmon tartar, Wasabi Sauce.
My last post on endives (because I ran out of them)…✨
I wanted to do something Japanese flavored with my remaining endives.
And what I thought of was salmon tartar marinated in wasabi dressing.
And I was so ready… until… I noticed I did not have enough endives left…😂!
Turn around: cup with fruits.
I don’t think I had the right equipment, but I was able to scoop out some fruits with my fruit knives & spoons – and fill in with necessary flavors…
By the way, if you have any recommendation for blue cheese recipes, I would be so grateful.
Flavor ideas:
- Salmon Tartar: Using sashimi/sushi grade raw pieces
- Endives: put some salmons, and drizzle over mix of [soy sauce & olive oil & chives & wasabi & salt]
- Pears: salmon & salt & olive oil & wasabi & lemon
- Peach: Blue cheese & Coriander

エンダイブの投稿も今回が最後、というのも在庫の切れ目が縁の切れ目😇
もともと、何か和っぽいお味でエンダイブシリーズを納めたいと思って、生魚でタルタルでも。と思い立ったのが発端でした(お刺身コーナー、ホタテやアジ、貝など迷いました)。
でも家に戻りエンダイブをめくりめくり広げてみると、芯ばかりで全然足りず…というお粗末な結果で、フルーツを動員することに🔥✨
結果、こうなりました:
・お刺身用サーモン:粗くたたく
・エンダイブ:サーモンを乗っけて、わさび醤油&オリーブオイル&塩のドレッシングを軽くかける
・梨:くり抜き、サーモンで埋めてレモン汁をかける。塩&わさびをパラパラ。
・桃:くり抜き、ブルーチーズを詰めて、パクチーをトッピング
これまた気持ち良いアペロのお供になりました✨
