Documenting some of my highlights for street food eats & some sightseeing in Hanoi🇻🇳✨
Photo 1-4📷✨
Bún chả : Signature street food in Hanoi. Noodle & warm (or sometimes cold) soup with lots of meat (meatballs & bbq porks)served separately. It seems like to be enjoyed by taking some noodle, dipping in the broth per time. Heap of fresh greens (with lots of Vietnamese herbs), and minced garlic/ chili will be added to your liking.
Fried spring rolls are standard side dish enjoyed with Bún chả- full of crab meat, how can this go wrong…😇🏆✨
Green papaya in soup was wow & delicious – would like to try cooking them sometime✨
Photo 5-6📷✨
Beef pho, I just love the soup…✨✨
Photo 7📷✨
I did not try, but was surprised to see such variation of onigiri… lemongrass😳🍙✨
Photo 8-10📷✨
Bát Tràng- historical ceramic village- with over 100 pottery shops gathered in the district – it’s said over 90% of the 5,000 population is involved in pottery😳 I came across very unique & cool modern studio, but unfortunately photo was prohibited… please google “Delicious Ceramics” if you are interested✨
