[English]1st day, daytime: Mehendi!

Attending an Indian wedding, amazing experience✨
We will have four gathering in two days- and this is my documentation of the first half of the first day.
It was called the “Mehendi” – I interpreted this gathering as dance-full outside day light event with lunch and drinks.
Dress code was casual & pastel.
I was just wowed with how beautiful real authentic Indian dresses are – so so gorgeous.
I will post my dress in my story.
Highlights
・”Mehndi” itself is a form of temporary skin decoration using a paste created with henna. My first time to try (finished version on fourth pic). It itself seemed like a means of communication, just showing our palms to each other will bring smiles to our face. Skilled mehndi artists!
・Dance, dance, dance! How they master the rhythm. I am there with the camera✨
・Fooooooood!! Indian Curry is…. woooow….
Now a recess for the evening formal party, I will take a shower and dress🚿👗✨
[Japanese]初日の前半：メヘンディ、マンダラ＆クジャクのヘナアートでお祝い！

インドの結婚式、本格的なものは1週間とかもあるようですが、今回は二日間です。
4部制で、初日の朝、”メヘンディ”の様子。
・メヘンディ自体は、インドの言葉・ヒンディー語で、「ヘナで肌を染める」「ヘナで肌に模様を描く」ことを意味するそう。
2週間程で消えるタトゥーのようなもので、初めて手のひらに入れてみてもらいました。マンダラ＆クジャクの柄。
ヘナ職人（？）の方は迷いなく、ミスなく、とにかくさささっと描いてくれました。
いつ乾くのか、乾いたらどうすればよいのかなど説明はなかったのですが、そこはなんとなくフィーリングで。笑 とても素敵な柄になりました。
